Position: Sales Agents (5 Positions)

Hardware Sacco Ltd is a fast-growing member-based financial institution dedicated to providing savings and credit solutions to our members. We are seeking to recruit Five (5) dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our team and drive growth in membership and product uptake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new Sacco members and promote Sacco products and services.
• Meet monthly targets for membership growth and savings mobilization.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Collect market feedback and report to the Marketing Officer/Management.
• Uphold the Sacco’s values of integrity, professionalism and customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• KCSE Certificate (Form 4).
• Additional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Experience in sales or marketing in the financial sector is desirable but not mandatory.

Terms of Engagement:

• Attractive commission-based remuneration.
• Training and continuous support provided.
