Hardware Sacco Ltd is a fast-growing member-based financial institution dedicated to providing savings and credit solutions to our members. We are seeking to recruit Five (5) dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our team and drive growth in membership and product uptake.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit new Sacco members and promote Sacco products and services.
Meet monthly targets for membership growth and savings mobilization.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Collect market feedback and report to the Marketing Officer/Management.
Uphold the Sacco’s values of integrity, professionalism and customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
KCSE Certificate (Form 4).
Additional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
Experience in sales or marketing in the financial sector is desirable but not mandatory.
