Sales Agents (2 Positions)

Hardware SACCO Ltd is a fast-growing member-based financial institution dedicated to providing savings and credit solutions to its members. The SACCO is seeking to recruit two (2) dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agents to join its team and drive growth in membership and product uptake.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new SACCO members and promote SACCO products and services.
• Meet monthly targets for membership growth and savings mobilization.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Collect market feedback and report to the Marketing Officer/Management.
• Uphold the SACCO’s values of integrity, professionalism and customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• KCSE Certificate (Form 4).
• Any additional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Experience in sales or marketing in the financial sector is desirable but not mandatory.
