Hardware SACCO Limited, with membership drawn across the country, wishes to fill the vacant position of SACCO Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis, to be based in Mombasa-Miritini.
Position Summary
Reporting to the SACCO Board of Directors, the SACCO Manager is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the SACCO. This includes ensuring compliance with SASRA guidelines, financial performance, member satisfaction, daily operations, and reporting to the Board.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years in financial services, 3+ years in management
Knowledge of SACCO operations and SASRA compliance
